Doug Zink has been promoted to managing director of the valuation and advisory services department in the St. Louis office of CB Richard Ellis.
Zink previously served as vice president of the same division.
CB Richard Ellis’ valuation divistion services all types of real estate, ranging from specialty properties such as hotels, health care facilities and regional malls to commercial and residential properties including office, retail, industrial and multi-family.
Zink joined CB Richard Ellis in 1997, and was instrumental in establishing the company’s St. Louis office.
