Kurt Klapperich, senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis Milwaukee, recently won two “Deal of the Year Retail” awards from local organizations.
Klapperich represented the former owner in the sale and expansion of New Berlin Plaza in New Berlin, Wis., and simultaneously assisted the buyer in the acquisition of three adjacent residential properties. He represented New Berlin Plaza for more than 15 years and faced many challenges throughout the process of leasing, selling and expanding this center.
“This is Kurt’s largest deal of his career, and was completed in one of the worst recessions America has seen. He spent many hours negotiating and performing due diligence for this property and deserves to be recognized for his hard work and dedication to his clients,” says Max Rasansky, Mmanaging director of CBRE Wisconsin.
