Eric Bevilacqua is a new associate in the industrial capital markets group at CBRE’s Cleveland office.
Bevilacqua has worked with foundations, endowments, corporations and pensions, helping them meet their return and funding goals. He has also worked with asset managers to maximize the value of their office building assets.
Before transferring to the Cleveland office, Bevilacqua worked with CBRE’s Atlanta office. He was also the founder and principal of BTG Capital.
