Kyle Ferderer has joined the Fargo, North Dakota, office of CBRE as an associate.
Ferderer has joined the company’s North Dakota office leasing team, representing both landlords and tenants in the office, multifamily, retail and industrial sectors.
“We are excited to welcome Mr. Ferderer to CBRE as he will bring impressive finance and business expertie to his clients,” said Chance Lindsey, senior vice president at CBRE in Fargo.
Before joining CBRE, Ferderer attended North Dakota State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance while also playing baseball for the university.
