Ted Holmes has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team as senior vice president. Based in the firm’s Minneapolis office, Holmes will focus on loan origination and equity placement of all asset types throughout the region.
An industry veteran, Holmes has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, pubic company financial reporting, accounting and development consultation.
As senior vice president, Holmes will source mortgage debt and equity for commercial property and apartment owners throughout the Midwest. He will report to Jeff Majewski, executive managing director, CBRE Capital Markets, and joins the Minneapolis-based Debt & Structured Finance team of Doug Seylar, Joel Torborg, Ben Bastian, Jessica Burke and Mark Roos.
