CBRE adds nine to its Chicago retail team

CBRE Group, Inc., announced today the arrival of nine new professionals and three support team members to its expanding Chicago area retail advisory and transactions group. The addition of this team significantly bolsters CBRE’s presence in the thriving retail industry of this global market.

Joining CBRE are: Danny Jacobson, senior vice president; Luke Molloy, senior vice president; Meredith Oliver, senior vice president; Brendan Reedy, senior vice president; Amy Sider, first vice president; Jack Siragusa, first vice president; Brent Wayburn, first vice president; Stephen Ansani, vice president; Nicki Berg, vice president; Christina Edson, senior graphic designer; Lauren LaRoche, graphic designer and Scott McLinden, analyst.

“This was an excellent opportunity for CBRE to demonstrate its commitment to expanding our talent base and retail platform in the Chicago area,” said Bill Wright, managing director CBRE’s midwest retail advisory & transaction services group. “The addition of these professionals will undoubtedly strengthen our position in the Chicago retail market, which will allow us [to] accomplish our ultimate goal of providing better services and outcomes for our clients.”

Combined, the team brings to CBRE decades of retail transaction and advisory experience with some of the market’s largest retailers and owners. With the arrival of this team, CBRE will add significant depth to its services and coverage in the Chicago area, as this team focuses on all aspects of the retail market, working with both landlords and tenants downtown and in the suburbs on both lease transactions and sales.

About CBRE’s New Retail Services Professionals

Danny Jacobson: A twelve-year veteran of real estate, Jacobson focuses on urban retail projects in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. He is a former vice president at CBRE.

Luke Molloy: Molloy has been a top producer in commercial real estate over the past 15 years. He has extensive and successful deal experience while representing some of Chicago’s most prestigious clientele and iconic retail properties.

Meredith Oliver: Oliver has nearly 20 years of retail experience, focusing on landlord and tenant representation in addition to advising retailers on both local and national growth or consolidation plans.

Brendan Reedy: Reedy has more than 12 years of experience in the Chicago retail market and has executed on more than 1,000 lease and sales transactions. He specializes in shopping center leasing throughout the Chicago MSA.

Amy Sider: With 15 years of real estate experience, Sider has for worked for developers as well as represented tenants and landlords on a local and national basis

Jack Siragusa: Siragusa has more than 10 years of experience in the Chicago retail market and focuses on tenant representation in both urban and suburban markets.

Brent Wayburn: Specializing in tenant representation in the city and the suburbs, Wayburn has more than 15 years of retail real estate experience.

Stephen Ansani: Ansani has more than six years of real estate experience with a diverse background in leasing, valuation consulting, site selection, negotiation and acquisition. He focuses on product and tenant representation in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods.

Nicki Berg: Berg has more than five years of real estate experience in the Chicago area and specializes in shopping center leasing.
