CBRE adds pair of CRE pros in Chattanooga

CBRE has expanded its presence in Tennessee with the addition of two commercial real estate professionals based in Chattanooga.

Russell Elliott has joined CBRE as a senior vice president. A Chattanooga native with more than 39 years of commercial real estate experience, Elliott specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding areas.

Prior to CBRE, he was with Pointe Commercial Real Estate, where he served as Principal Managing Broker for the company’s newly formed brokerage division serving Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia, and Northeast Alabama. Previously, he was Principal Broker and a leasing agent with Luken Holdings (formerly the Corker Group).

In addition, Elliott has served on various industry boards, most notably as president of the Southeast Tennessee CCIM Chapter, East Tennessee SIOR Chapter, Chattanooga Association of Realtors MLS, and Chattanooga Commercial Realtors Council.

Natalie Hostetler has joined CBRE as a vice president. Hostetler has more than 10 years of experience in commercial leasing and brokerage, development and corporate training and sales. She specializes in medical leasing and sales, tenant representation and office leasing.

Prior to CBRE, Hostetler was with SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, where she was a Managing Director, National Healthcare Product Council co-chair and founding member of the firm. Previously, she worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies and a national retail REIT.

Hostetler has also served on fundraising boards for the Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. She is currently the Annual Fund Chair for Lookout Mountain School and an affiliate member of the Tennessee Medical Group Management Association, Chattanooga Chapter.
