CBRE has added David Kelpe to its Advisory & Transaction practice in St. Louis as a senior vice president. Kelpe will specialize in office leasing, representing both landlords and tenants with their office needs across the region.
Kelpe has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently serving as a managing director for Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis where he was a consistent top producer. He has arranged significant office transactions throughout the St. Louis metro area for some of the largest companies in the market.
Kelpe is a board member for the YMCA Mid-County and chairman of the YMCA Mid-County Golf for Kids program. He is also a board member of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital/Lounge Concepts Golf Tournament.
