CBRE has hired Whitaker Varley to its Advisory & Transaction practice in St. Louis as a senior vice president. Varley will specialize in office leasing, representing both landlords and tenants with their office needs across the region.
Varley has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently serving as a senior vice president at Vanderbilt Office Properties where he was responsible for leasing its 1.4 million-square-foot portfolio of St. Louis suburban office properties. Prior to Vanderbilt Office Properties, Varley was a Vice President of office leasing at Duke Realty Corporation.
Varley will continue to lease Vanderbilt Office Properties’ 1.4-million-square-foot portfolio, which includes the prestigious Maryville Centre Office Park.
