CBRE has hired Richard Archer in its Indianapolis office as director of property tax services. In this role, Archer will help clients achieve best-in-class property and transaction tax results by providing tax strategies while executing property and transaction tax appeals and abatements.
Archer is part of a national expansion in tax advisory services for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services.
Previously, Archer served as a senior managing consultant and was a principal for Paradigm Tax Group. Before that, he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young. He has more than 30 years of property tax and incentives experience.
