CBRE has made three key hires in its Kansas City office.
Nick Seaton is the office’s new director of project management. He will lead the office’s project-management team.
Seaton brings more than 14 years of experience to his new position. Before joining CBRE, he spent seven years at PACT Construction Services, most recently leading a team that focused on project estimation and direction.
Ben Thomas has joined the debt and structured finance team in CBRE’s Kansas Cit office. He will focus on sourcing, underwriting and structuring debt transactions for multifamily assets.
Previously, Thomas worked as senior real estate analyst at Berkadia. He obtained his CCIM designation in 2024.
Gabe Tovar has joined the Kansas City multifamily team as senior vice president. He will partner with senior vice president Max Helgeson in leading the five-person investment sales team.
Tovar previously worked at Northmarq, where he advised on multifamily transactions and co-led the firm’s national build-to-rent team. He began his career with an internship and brokerage role at CBRE in Des Moines, Iowa.
