CBRE Group, Inc. announced that Patrick Gallagher, Peter Langhoff and Max Schultz have joined the firm as investment sales professionals in Milwaukee.
The new investment team joins CBRE from other local firms. Gallagher and Schultz join from Siegel-Gallagher, a leading Milwaukee-area brokerage co-founded by Gallagher in 1995. Langhoff previously worked with Gallagher before starting his own firm.
Gallagher will join CBRE as an executive vice president. He brings more than 26 years of experience across all asset classes and has been involved with portfolio and single asset transactions in excess of $4.1 billion. He has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of CCIM.
Langhoff, also a member of CCIM, will join CBRE as a first vice president. He brings 24 years of experience selling investment properties across the state of Wisconsin. Prior to his work atSiegel-Gallagher, he spent 12 years with the Polacheck Company, the predecessor to CBRE inMilwaukee.
Schultz has three years of experience at Siegel-Gallagher and will join the team as an associate.
