CBRE bolstered its office in Cincinnati by hiring a top investment sales team in the area. The five-person team joining CBRE Capital Markets includes Steve Timmel, Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser, Will Roberts and Bridget Thompson.
The group has completed investment transactions totaling $2.4 billion in considerations and nearly 34 million square feet.
Previously with Colliers International, Timmel, Johnston and Prosser join the firm as senior vice presidents, Roberts as a senior associate and Thompson as a client services coordinator. The team specializes in office, retail and industrial property sales throughout Ohio and Kentucky and have been involved in some of the most significant sales transactions in the region.
“We are excited to join CBRE and further increase our business,” said Timmel. “Our group has plans to grow the team by leveraging the full depth of resources available to us on the CBRE platform.”
