Jeff Merritt has joined CBRE’s Indianapolis office as a vice president with CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services specializing in office properties.
With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Merritt has arranged a number of transactions for office, flex and land owner/users, as well as represented landlords in lease transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Merritt was a principal at Resource Commercial Real Estate LLC, and served as president of a regional commercial travel management business, where he was responsible for nurturing internal and external relationships while overseeing technology investment and implementation.
