CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team advised Marquette Companies in the $47 million financing for the development of Water Street District, a 175,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois.
Construction on the development has already begun at its location near the intersection of Main Street and Water Street in downtown Naperville. It will include a 158-room hotel, 41,000 square feet of high-end retail space, 14,100 square feet of office space and a variety of amenities including a riverfront boardwalk, plaza and an attached municipal-owned parking facility.
It is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2016.
