CBRE has arranged a 70,737-square-foot retail anchor lease at 915 E Golf Rd in Schaumburg, Illinois. Steinhafels, a Milwaukee based furniture and mattress retailer, has signed a new lease, and will occupy the space previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond.
CBRE’s Joe Parrott and Sean McCourt represented building ownership, Necessity Retail REIT, in the transaction.
Steinhafels currently operates three stores in Chicagoland and 14 overall. The large footprint in Schaumburg will make it one of the largest furniture stores in the northwest suburbs.
