CBRE has arranged the sale of the Courtyard by Marriott in Glenview, a suburb of Chicago. First GLV, LLC sold the 149-room property to Myat Thida Myint & Associates, LLC in a transaction that closed May 23, 2022. A sale price was not disclosed.
CBRE’s Brian Silberman, Paul DeLucia, Scott Miller, and Jack Silberman represented the seller, First GLV, LLC, in the transaction.
The Courtyard Chicago Glenview/Northbrook is located at 1801 Milwaukee Ave. in Glenview. The hotel is visible from Interstate 294, is conveniently located three miles from Chicago’s Executive Airport, and is minutes away from several company headquarters. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, bistro, and meeting space. In 2020 the hotel underwent renovations to the lobby and exterior, which was completely upgraded and refreshed.
