CBRE announced Atlas Toyota Material Handling acquired 246,000 SF on 10 acres of land at 1850 Touhy Avenue and 1815 Landmeier Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, from BK Equities, LLC and Prologis, Inc.
The Atlas Toyota Material Handling project is the first to receive proceeds from the Busse/Elmhurst Road TIF district, created in 2014. The company will bring jobs to the area and redevelop/modernize the two industrial properties along the Busse/Elmhurst corridor.
Upon completion of renovations to the properties, Atlas will relocate its forklift and Bobcat dealerships from Schiller Park, Illinois. The new location will be more accessible for the company’s exisiting customer base and is in close proximity to major expressways.
Atlas Toyota Material Handling is a forklift and lift truck dealer offering new and used sales, rentals, parts and service, fleet servicing, industrial floor cleaning equipment and financing.
Atlas Bobcat is a full service construction equipment dealer featuring new and used compact and mini excavators, skid steer loader attachments, track loaders, all wheel loaders, Bandit Chippers and Grinders as well as Cronkhite Trailers.
