Butterfield Plaza is a 114,780-square-foot center located at 1300-1418 Butterfield Road at the intersection of Downers Drive. The site is situated one block west of Yorktown Mall within access of both I-88 and I-355.
Ross Dress for Less joins anchor tenants Golf Galaxy and Ferguson Kitchen & Bath, tenants Catherine’s, Panera Bread and LensCrafters and shadow anchors Best Buy and Toys R Us. With the addition of Ross Dress for Less, Butterfield Plaza is now 100 percent leased.
