CBRE is assisting the University of Illinois in the renewal and expansion of its lease at 200 South Wacker to 44,000-square-feet, under terms of a 10-year renewal with building ownership, John Hancock Real Estate.
The University of Illinois houses its ‘Illini Center’ at the facility and includes programs for university development, career services, fundraising and the Executive MBA and Masters in Tax Programs.
Geoff Euston and Matt Dobry of CBRE represented the university. Daniel Shapiro of John Hancock Real Estate represented the owner.
