CBRE announced MultiPlan, Inc leased 75,077 SF at 16 Crosby Drive in Bedford, Massachusetts from DIV Bedford, LLC.
Tenant’s occupancy costs were significantly reduced at the property by neogotiating below market economic terms, and engaging workplace strategies to gain efficiencies on the space layout. The result was a reduction of overall square footage by approximately 15%.
MultiPlan provides a single gateway to a host of network and analytics-based solutions for managing the financial risks associated with healthcare claims as well as products that fight waste, abuse and fraud before payments are made.
CBRE’s Jon Springer, Paul Diederich, Andrew Majewski and Jason Levendusky represented the tenant in the transaction.
