CBRE announced the Windsor Office Plaza and Oak Brook Office Court, two single-story office buildings, sold to Grace Capital Group, Inc.
The new owners have plans to upgrade the exterior lighting, way signage, and landscaping. They also will begin renovating several vacant suites into move-in-ready spec suites.
Grace Capital Group, Inc. is a local Oak Brook, IL value-add office owner/operator that specilizes in suburban office & industrial properties. Financing was provided by Heartland Bank & Trust Company, Western Springs, Ill.
CBRE’s Bill Novelli and Derek Fohl represented the owner in the transaction.
