CBRE announced the owners of 410 Warrenville Road sold the three-story, 60,434 SF, office building located at 410 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois, to Napleton Automotive Group.
Napleton Automotive Group has been selling and servicing vehicles since 1931. The Ed Napleton Dealership Group now owns and manages 26 dealerships in four different states.
The company will occupy the property as their new headquarters and will lease one of the remaining floors.
CBRE’s Bill Novelli, Derek Fohl, Bill Elwood and Pete Adamo represented the owner in the transaction.
