CBRE announced Prologis leased 80,665 SF at 1100 Thorndale Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, to Tigers (USA) Global Logistics.
Built in 1986, the structure features eight exterior docks, three interior docks, 24′ clear heights in the warehouse and 6,670 SF of finished office space. Prologis recently installed new energy efficient T5 light fixtures with motion sensors, replaced the roof, repaved the parking lot, and renovated the interior of the property. Additionally, the building has frontage on Thorndale Avenue and will have visibility on the Elgin O’Hare Expressway extension.
CBRE’s Kevin Segerson, Matt Mulvihill and Cal Payne represented Prologis in the transaction and Ed Mendence of Sperry Van Ness (San Francisco, California) represented the tenant with Tony Guido of Prism Corporate Realty.
