CBRE announced Scientel Wireless renewed its lease of 18,257 SF at 948 Springer Drive in Lombard, Illinois, from Oak Creek Center.
Scientel Wireless is a full-service technology company that provides multi-wireless communication systems to the private and public sector. The company has been a client of CBRE’s for 14 years.
CBRE’s Gary Fazzio and Jon Springer represented the tenant in the transaction.
