CBRE has announced that Andrew Vaccaro, owner of Town Square Wheaton, recently sold the 203,173-square-foot shopping center located at Naperville and East Loop Road to Tucker Development for $57,250,000.
CBRE’s George Good, Executive Vice President in the National Retail Investment group represented the seller in the transaction.
The shopping center currently includes several retail tenants including Banana Republic, Talbot’s, Francesca’s and White House/Black Market.
