CBRE announced Wise Plastics Technologies, Inc. leased 102,000 SF at 1601 Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago, Illinois, from DCT Industrial Trust, Inc.
Wise Plastics Technologies, Inc. is a full service injection molder of high precision plastic injection molds, custom plastic components and complete contract manufacturing.
The West Chicago property had been previously used for a paper converting operation and provides 5000 amps of power, high lighting levels, and rail service with the Union Pacific Railroad (UP).
CBRE’s Kirk Armour and David Prell represented DCT Industrial Trust, Inc. in the transaction and Jeff Holmes of Regional Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
