CBRE and Avison Young worked together to help bring Spaces, a co-working firm, to 711 N. High St. in Columbus, Ohio.

Spaces signed a three-floor, 42,000-square-foot lease at the building.

Avison Young principal along with brokers Tom Miles and Eric DeBold represented the Wood Companies and Schiff Capital Group. After the lease, there is now only 25,000 square feet remaining in the project, which includes 5,000-square-foot spaces on the second and third floor and a 15,000-square-foot space on the seventh floor.

The property is in Columbus’ The Short North Arts District. The building is the largest and tallest Class-A office building developed in the Short North.

Philip Pelok, senior vice president at CBRe, represented Spaces in the lease.
