CBRE has hired Rick Klepal in its Indianapolis office to join the Debt & Structured Finance group.
In this role, Klepal will be a part of CBRE Capital Markets and will combine robust lender relationships, industry-leading deal volume and a proprietary technology platform to deliver options for any capital requirement.
Klepal has specialized in institutional level commercial real estate finance for more than 30 years since graduating with a real estate finance degree from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Most recently, Klepal served as a senior originator at Trez Capital in South Florida. Prior to that, he worked for many years as a managing director in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance division in Tampa Bay. Klepal has also been active throughout his career in the Indianapolis marketplace.
