Mike McMillan of CBRE Cincinnati’s data center solutions group is representing KDC Real Estate Development & Investments’ data center build-to-suit located at the University of Kentucky’s 735-acre Coldstream Research Campus in Lexington, Ken.
“Building a data center at this site will give local Lexington businesses a secure, flexible and scalable place for their computer equipment,” MicMillan said in a written statement.
