LIVELY, a women’s intimate apparel and lifestyle brand, opened its first Chicago location at 823 W. Armitage Avenue in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood on May 22. CBRE’s Amanda Aaron, Kim Wiskup, Todd Siegel and Phil Golding represented LIVELY in the 1,377-square-foot lease.

“Armitage has become a top destination for designer and boutique apparel companies,” said Wiskup. “This will be a perfect addition for the corridor.”

LIVELY launched in 2016 to establish a new category and point-of-view of women’s intimate apparel. The company quickly gained a strong following and established a flagship store in New York City in 2018, with plans to expand throughout the U.S. The LIVELY brand has been available at Nordstrom in Chicago since August 2018. Due to popularity and strong demand, the brand decided to expand to its own standalone location.
