CBRE brokers sale of 380,000-square-foot distribution facility in Trotwood

CBRE arranged the sale of a 380,000-square-foot industrial distribution facility at 1 Modern Way in Trotwood, Ohio. Viking Partners purchased the property from Stratacache, Inc. for $18 million.

CBRE’s Will Roberts, Steve Timmel and Doug Whitten represented the seller in the transaction.

The property is located just south of Dayton International Airport, offering immediate access to Interstates 75 and 70. Built in 2008, the facility features 12,000 square feet of office space, 28- to 30-foot clear heights, 32 dock doors, four drive-in doors and rail service via CSX with an interior spur.
