Located near Decatur, the property is across the street from Hickory Pointe Mall, just north of I-72 off of Route 51, and includes amenities such as a heated indoor pool, fitness center and a business center.

The buyer will continue to operate the hotel as a Quality Inn. “This hotel presents an ideal opportunity for a buyer seeking to become a hotel owner.
