CBRE‘s Matt Arnovitz and Sue Zickefoose were recently named the exclusive leasing agents for three Class-A office buildings at Miami Valley Research Park in Dayton, Ohio.
The three buildings include 1900 Founders Drive, 3155 Research Boulevard and 3123 Research Boulevard and, collectively, have more than 66,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
The Miami Valley Research Park is a 1,250-acre development in the eastern Dayton suburban communities of Beavercreek and Kettering. The park is designed for tenants who are involved in research and development and includes 21 buildings totaling 2.3 million square feet.
