CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group has added Jim Ferris as a senior financial analyst to its downtown Chicago team.
The team specializes in raising capital on behalf of commercial real estate owners, raising more than $9.7 billion since 2014.
Ferris will provide immediate support in originating, underwriting, structuring and closing the office’s debt and equity transactions. He is also responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks, debt funds, life insurance companies and agencies.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ferris worked for CA Ventures, where he was responsible for sourcing and closing debt transactions for CA’s industrial, senior housing and multifamily platforms.
