CBRE Capital Markets has arranged $33 million of bridge financing for 180 East 5th, a multi-tenant office building in the heart of the St. Paul, Minn., CBD.
The property is made up of 672,217 square feet and boasts a tenant roster than includes Gander Mountain’s headquarters, the General Services Administation, HealthPartners, VISI and BNSF Railway Company.
The property also includes the Great Hall Center and the Jerome Hill Theater.
The borrower, First Trust Talon LLC, was represented by CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group led by Murray Kornberg, Doug Seylar and Scott Larson. First Trust Talon used the financing to acquire the property.
