James Vozza has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Business Lending team as a vice president.
The business lending unit focuses on the owner-occupied and private-capital real estate space.
Vozza will be based in Schaumburg, Ill., and will serve the Midwest territory, primarily focused on the Chicago, Milwaukee and Minnesota markets.
