CBRE celebrated a strong month in the Milwaukee and Madison markets in February, closing 19 transactions that resulted in more than 439,000 square feet sold or leased.
One of the biggest transactions involved a confidential client that leased 161,000 square feet of space at 4718 Helgesen Drive in Madison from True Northern Investments. Central Garden & Pet Co. leased an additional 54,435 square feet of space in Franklin, Wis., from WI Commercial LLC.
