Mike McMillan of CBRE Cincinnati’s Data Center Solutions Group is representing a proposed build-to-suit technology park located next to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
The proposed Miami Heritage Technology Park will sit on 74 acres and is expected to include a variety of buildings, including research-and-development facilities, data centers, offices and lab space.
“The goal for the Miami Heritage Technology Park is to help bring innovation to the Oxford market,” said McMillan in a written statement. “Uniting business leadership and university quality will accelerate business growth and retain quality skilled labor in the community.”
