CBRE represented Appriss as tenant and Gearing Capital Partners as landlord in a 105,138-square-foot least transaction at 9901 Linn Station Road in Louisville, Kentucky.
CBRE’s David Hardy represented Apriss in the transaction. CBRE’s Marc Barlow represented Gearing Capital Partners.
Apriss will be moving from its current headquarters at 10401 Linn Station Road, where it leases about 9,000 square feet. The firm will also be moving its data center and IT operations from the Eastpoint development to the new location.
Apriss will occupy five contiguous floors at 9901 Linn Station Road and complete a retrofit of its new office. The firm is set to occupy this space in July of 2018.
