CBRE has arranged a 12,439-square-foot lease on behalf of LiveX in the Rail Yard Innovation District in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin.
CBRE’s Andrew Stefanich, Matt Cariello and Kenzie Kiefer negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. The landlord is DDL Holdings, LLC.
LiveX is a New York City-based full-service production and broadcast company focused on live production, live streaming and video production services. The company has operated in its current 2,400-square-foot broadcast facility since October of 2020. The new space at 320 N. Broadway will allow the company to expand from two remote broadcast control rooms to four full remote master control rooms as well as a master control room and studio.
04The Railyard Innovation District is a 22-acre, mixed-use development located along the Fox River in downtown Green Bay. The area is home to various retailers, restaurants, and breweries.
