CBRE has arranged 15 office leases totaling nearly 105,000 square feet at Peabody Plaza, a 400,000-square-foot Class-A office tower in St. Louis.
CBRE’s Rick Messey and Whitney Allen represented ownership, New York-based Briar Meads Capital, in the lease negotiations.
The leases were completed within the last 18 months and include:

The building is located at 701 Market St. in downtown St. Louis, minutes west of the Gateway Arch and the Mississippi River. The building features a top-floor conference center with skyline views, a 7,000-square-foot fitness center, an on-site restaurant, underground parking, 24-hour security and on-site management.
