CBRE closes $2.09 million sale of apartment property in Milwaukee

CBRE arranged the $2.09 million sale of a 21-unit multifamily property in Milwaukee to Fairchild Acquisitions LLC. The fully leased, 18,390-square-foot building is located at 1718-1734 E. Lafayette Place, in proximity to the North Avenue and Historic Brady Street entertainment districts of Milwaukee.

Matson Holbrook, Patrick Gallagher and Gretchen Richards with CBRE represented the sellers, Marquis, LLC and Jack, LLC.

Fairchild Acquisitions, LLC, is a Chicago-based development company.

Built in 1894, the property includes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans and features onsite laundry facilities and a shared outdoor patio area.

Nathan Glaisner of Verde Investments represented the buyer in the transaction.
