CBRE recently represented Unicorp Natoinal Developments, Inc. in the lease of 21,091 square feet to Seven Co. at City Center, a Class-A office tower at 888 W. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan.
CBRE’s Brendan George, Dan Morse and Jasper Hanifi represented the owner, Unicorp National, in the transaction. Bryan Barnas, Gary Grochowski and Paul Choukourian of Colliers International represented Seven Co.
This will be Irvine, Calif.-based Seven Co.’s first location in the Detroit market. The firm will occupy the space in the third quarter of this year.
City Center is a 13-story, 297,530-square-foot property about 20 minutes north of Detroit’s central business district.
In the past three years, CBRE has brought the building from 40 percent to 90 percent leased.
