The owners, USAA Real Estate and The Pizzuti Companies, leased a combined 238,202 square feet of space to The Flint Group, Wayfair, Novolex and YKK at 8660 and 8748 Jacquemin Drive in West Chester.
CBRE’s Mike Lowe and Doug Whitten represented the owners in these transactions.
8660 Jacquemin Drive still has 42,158 square feet of space available and ready for immediate lease.
