CBRE Group Inc. recently closed the sale of the Park Edge Apartments in Lenexa, Kansas.
Built in 1999, Park Edge is a garden-style community in Kansas City’s Johnson County submarket.
Kansas City-based Maxus Realty Trust purchased the complex in December of last year for about $24 million. Jeff Stingley of CBRE’s Kansas City office represented the seller in the transaction. Park Edge was the seventh apartment complex that Stingley sold in 2012.
