CBRE closed a $3.1 million loan to refinance Cherry Tree Crossing – Phase I, a five-tenant, 14,400-square-foot retail property in Indianapolis. An EverBank loan was obtained by Jason Brown and Dan Gable from CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team on behalf of its client.
The 10-year, $3.1 million loan has a fixed 4.38 percent interest rate and is amortized over 30 years.
