The Minneapolis office of CBRE recently assisted Turck, Inc. in a new 39,887-square-foot lease to expand its Twin Cities presence at the Plymouth Technology Park in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Turck, Inc., a global provider of automation technology, will expand into the Plymouth Technology Park buildings located at 5005 and 5025 Cheshire Lane North.
Mike Bowen and Matt Oelschlager in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the tenant. The Minneapolis office of Cushman & Wakefield/Northmarq represented the landlord, Alidade Capital.
The new lease is another expansion for the rapidly growing company, which specializes in sensor, fieldbus, and connectivity products, as well as interface technology, human-machine interfaces (HMI), and RFID systems. The new location will be used for office and manufacturing functions. Its primary facilities in the Twin Cities are located at 3000 Campus Drive and 5000 Fernbrook Lane North in Plymouth.

Turck will occupy the new Plymouth Technology Park space beginning September 1, 2017.
