CBRE completed a new lease transaction at Gurnee Mills Mall at 6148 Grand Ave. in Gurnee, Illinois, where Sky Zone has signed a long-term lease for 40,103 square feet.
CBRE represented the landlord, Simon Property Group, in the transaction. The team included Sean McCourt and Alex Corno, based in CBRE’s Chicago office.
Sky Zone’s new location will occupy a prominent space within Gurnee Mills Mall, one of the largest outlet and value retail shopping destinations in the Midwest.
