CBRE has arranged a 43,67- square-foot office sublease in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. Canteen One will relocate from Golden Valley, Minnesota, to 700 N. 5th St., bringing more than 200 employees into downtown.
Newmark’s Jim Damiani and Andrew Commers represented Canteen One while CBRE’s Joe Conzemius, Ann Rinde and Larissa Bodine represented the sub-landlord, Solera, in the transaction.
According to CBRE’s recent Occupier Sentiment Survey, 36% of respondents indicated that a return to the office was already underway and another 26% indicated they would occur by end of Q2 2022.
